There was a mucocele in my mouth yesterday i went through surgery and there is also stiches in my mouth now i have swelling on lower lip what to do

Swelling (inflammation) is a process of healing and it will be gradually subside after 48 hrs. In between, ice pack will be helpful to control swelling after surgery. But after 24 hrs. warm saline rinses (6-8 times/day) will be helpful. Medicines chymoral forte tab. or inj. Dexona will be helpful but after consult with surgeon.
