Hi...it is a common body response after surgery. No need to worry. It will come down in two days. Just take proper course of medicines given by your surgeon.

Swelling (inflammation) is a process of healing and it will be gradually subside after 48 hrs. In between, ice pack will be helpful to control swelling after surgery. But after 24 hrs. warm saline rinses (6-8 times/day) will be helpful. Medicines chymoral forte tab. or inj. Dexona will be helpful but after consult with surgeon.
