Hello dear, its Fistula in ano. It can be treated. Nothing to worry & nothing urgent. Make sure the fistula doesnt get infected. It's a fistula. What symptoms is he having. Bleeding, pain, discharge etc. Urgency depends upon severity of symptoms.  U can opt for homeopathy or consult general surgeon
