Moving eyeballs
Eyeballs are continously moving left to right with frequent blinking causing eye strain. What could be the issue and the treatment. Facing this issue since a few months.

It can be because of dryness in eyes. Put refresh tears eye drop 4 times a day. Consult an eye specialist offline for dilated refraction and examination.

Avoid rubbing Maintain hygiene Blink more Drink water adequately Cold compression Cold water lavage Follow rule of 20- Means after 20 min of work ,take rest for 20 sec and look at 20feet distance Reduce brightness of the screen Away from AC Airflow Use lubricant drop- refresh liquigel Wear glasses outside Take nuts for essential fatty acids (Omega 3) Avoid second hand smoke May need physical consultation for thorough slit lamp examination

May be Dry eyes.pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day.pl have vision test and slitlamp eye examination. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
