1. Which mouthwash is good for using on daily basis after brushing during nights? 2. Eating what type of foods helps in maintaining good teeth and gums? Does chewing laung (indian spice) helps in keeping good gums?

Hi 1.you can go for colgate total plax mouthrinse for regular use... METHOD OF USING MOUTHWASH: 1. Take 10-15ml of mouthwash in the cap, do not dilute it with water.. take it as a concentrated one 2.put it in your mouth and do rinse for 30 seconds 3.Avoid rinsing with normal water for atleast half an hour after doing mouthwash 4.Do rinse twice daily morning and night after food... 2. **chewing laung provides relief from toothache, pain and inflammation.. ** It acts as natural mouth freshener. Apart from oral uses it is also good for digestion,Nausea, vomiting,controls blood sugar level..' However continuous use of only laung for tooth ache doenot provide ideal relief

1.Freshclor mouth was from group pharma can be used undiluted ,no water to be added,use twice daily 2.Avoid non sticky and fast food,have fruits and salads in diets,Laung is good for tooth ache and gums, regular use is not recommended ,could be used occasionally .
