I was suffering from fever earlier. Later after taking medicines my mouth is full of ulcers even near the tounge where we swallow. What could it be?

Dont worry take bcomplex once daily Drink plenty of water Can use ointment to apply on ulcers if bothering more Wait for 4 to 5 days But if u feel problem is still increasing then visit the dentist
