I have mouth ulcers it comes frequently many say it is due to eating of lots of spices can u tell me what is the main reason for it

Recurrent ulcers can be because of so many factors like stress, inadequate sleep, tensions, improper food habits and many
During such episodes you may have to consume excess water, citrus fruits, tender coconut and avoid spicy and hot food and can take multivitamin tablets
In case on non healing ulcers It can treated lasers but thorough examination is required
