Any oral ulcers usually take at least 5 to 7 days minimum for healing.... also the reasons for ulcers can be multiple..... given your age and clinical description that you have mentioned, these ulcers could be stress related also.... nonetheless, a dentist will be able to conduct a proper clinical examination and then arrive at the right diagnosis about these ulcers and provide you with the accurate treatment plan after that.... Hello. Based on the history you have given, I am assuming that you are having untimely eating habits and having a less nutritious food, which may have lead to gastritis or vitamin deficiency. So the main thing you should follow is a healthy diet.avoid taking spicy ,hot ,chilly food items , avoid smoking ,chewing beetle nuts , alcohol, take vitamin tablets ,apply local anesthetic gel to that area ,have tender coconut, buttermilk .have lot of fruits and vegetables. If you are not satisfied kindly consult a physician for further management.
