Hi, I have very very painful mouth ulcers since a week. Been taking vitamin b capsule and applying zytee still not gone.
I also took Azac antibiotics for throat infection, may be a side effect. But I get very frequent ulcers. Please suggest remedies and medications.

It is an apthous ulcer which is very painful.
As seen in the image, the tooth behind the ulcer is not malpositioned, which can be a contributing cause.

It is called aphthous ulcer.
It is more common in stress and tension pressure individuals
And may be associated with acid peptic disease also
If it's repeating often ,it needs special treatment and sometimes biopsy
Continue B complex and zytee.
It usually takes around 2 to 3 weeks to resolve completely.
Avoid spicy food. Avoid aerated drinks.
In case you also have acidity take Pan D or Rabeprazole early morning on an empty stomach daily for the next 20 days.
Drink lots of water and stay hydrated.
