Mouth ulcer since 4 days
I have mouth ulcers since four days with white patches and red around them i have pain and im unable to eat and chew

At which part of mouth the ulcer has occurred.... if it is near any of the tooth then you need to consult a dentist for seeing if there is any sharp edge tooth near that area.....
If it is present in any other part then take
1) any multivitamin tablet
2) orasure gel application over ulcer
3) fequent rinsing of mouth for mouth hygeine
Next Steps
if not cured by 4th day consult a doctor
