Mouth ulcer remedy
Sometimes I get mouth ulcers in the inner side of the cheeks and they go away in a few days. But now I am got mouth ulcers beneath my tongue (near the inner side of the teeth) and it pains whenever I move my tongue. Can you please suggest a good remedy for this. Thank you

Recurrent mouth ulcers are a manifestation of vitamin deficiency or irregular bowel habits and poor nutrition. Take multivitamins and improve your bowel habits. Taking more of fruits and vegetables also. Mouth wash after food also helps in faster healing
