I am having mouth ulcer for more than 3 days. What could be the reason and how to solve mouth ulcer permanently. Please help to clarify my query.

There could be many reasons for mouth ulcers . Most common is aphthous ulcer, which can be resolved by taking vit B supplements for a week and mouth rinsing with salt water .

1. check for sharp tooth that could be causing constant irritation 2. stop use of tobacco chewable / smoke 3. use tooth brush with soft - moderate hardness bristles
