Hi
My husband was prescribed becosule z for mouth ulcers , though the problem is resolved.
I want to know if Becosule z can be taken for a longer term as a multivitamin. Is it safe to take for longer period?

Becosule z includes a certain amount of zinc in it , due to which the patient might get a constipated bowel habit for a certain period of time..
Better to avoid that for prolonged time.
