Regular intake of Multivitamin is not needed .No added health benefit
Only if deficiency need to take' that too
For short period only
Those who are vegetarian can have vitamin ,B12 deficiency and those on antibiotics and mal nutrition will also have deficency and they can have supplementation till deficiency get corrected.
