Based on your description, your mouth ulcer hasn’t improved with your current regimen. a common option is a topical corticosteroid agent, which helps reduce inflammation and pain and speeds healing. Alternatively, you might try an over‑the‑counter mouth ulcer gel like Orogard for symptomatic relief. You also need for some vitamin supplements to prevent and control this issue. Since the ulcer has persisted for two days without improvement, I recommend that you consult a doctor. This is important to rule out any underlying issues and to get a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Please schedule an appointment for a personalized evaluation.
