Affected by mouth ulcers from last 2.5 yrs frequently.... Lasts for 10-12 days ....tried mouth gels ,Listerine....nothing has worked

Hi, Mouth ulcers can be caused by a variety of reasons.Recurrent apthous ulcers are the variety that I am suspecting in your case.Topical preparations including Rexidine M, Clohex gel or mucopain ointment are helpful for controlling the symptoms.Vitamin supplements containing zinc helps.Visit a medical or Dental practioner to identify the cause and treat it accordingly.
