Mouth sores repeated every month
Mouth sores repeated every month since 3 years , since I have shifted Delhi.. earlier it's happen 1 or 2 time in a year.. Kindly suggest.. Its taking 2-3 week to be heal.

Namaskaram, Mouth sores are the ulcers that are formed due to many reasons . Oral trauma , medications certain foods and habits like smoking are considered to be the major factors causing them . kindly visit a dentist so that he can run a couple of tests and diagnose the underlying cause for these recurring ulcers. Do avoid spicy foods which may result irritation and further damage. Team Shambhala.

hi Mouth ulcers develop due to different reasons which has to be identified first. Few reasons are: tartar deposits on teeth and gums, vit/mineral deficiencies, gastric /stomach related problems, stress/anxiety, side effects of any medications that the person takes, any habits like smoking and so on.
