Hi....mouth sores or ulcers can be from either ill fitting dentures or sharp margins of crowns or sharp cusps of teeth....so first check if she has any of these problems...if yes then immediately visit a dentist...if no then use any topical anaesthetic combination gel like Mucopain gel or Dologel or Hexigel and see a general physician...

Firstly try and apply dologel ct or hexigel and try to intake more and more water and green vegetables. Avoid spicy food and if she finds he better then no need to consult else show her to gastro

Consult a dentist to rule out oral causes for ulcers and regular check up. If recurrent ulcers persist consult a physician as they could be related to gastric issues etc
