Hello, as a home remedy you can do baking soda in water mouth rinses or apply baking soda over the ulcers, this will help to heal your ulcers. if they still persist, you need to get your vitamin B levels checked. if required take supplements for it.

Looks like allergy to me..have you recently  under went some treatment for which some medications were prescribed..if yes please provide them.. but for time being you take anti allergic drugs..
