Mouth sores and stomach pain

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi, Yesterday i make it CBP Test for me. there i found that Eosinophils count is "7" and Absolute Eosinophils count is 600. Result side in the Report it has mentioned like " Mild Eosinophilia. Could you please suggest me is it a problem and what do i need to do for it.
