Mouth problem
I don't know what this is.. but it causes a lot of pain so much that i'm unable to swallow the saliva as well. In the two pictures, one if of the inside i.e. the wisdom tooth where some muscle has come up on the tooth on the inner part and on the outerpart is a white thick layer. Also on the pallette of my mouth, i have this swelling of the muscle, also the white layer was earlier swollen but has flattened upon drinking warm water but is visibly there. All of this has caused a lot of pain and i'm unable to eat or drink water even.

Get your scaling and polishing done. There is a little swelling of the papilla which may be due to plaque deposits. For the wisdom tooth get an X-ray done and your dentist will advise you accordingly
