I have gum on lump for 1 month. I met a dentist he suggested some tablet and tooth paste. after 1 month the problem existing again the same doctor was told we would remove one teeth to be solved this issue. Please tell what will i do?

Lump occur due to infection in teeth, X-ray is must to locate the exact teeth. If your teeth is in optimal(restorable ) condition no need to extraction it can be save by doing RCT.
