First and foremost to ease your mind , there has so far been no proof of hereditary role in cancer of mouth. Did your father have tobacco or Supari habit. Do you have any of these habits? About your current problem, it is really not possible to comment without knowing your full treatment history and an examination. You need to visit an oral medicines or oral pathology specialist, with all due respect to ENT colleagues , their area of specialty ends at the throat. So visit any dental hospital and get a check up. Carry a complete list of the medicines you have taken so far starting with the one for hair loss.
Next Steps
visit oral medicine or oral pathologist.
