Motion Sickness
If not travelling very often, i get motion sickness in car. I started to feel it little bit in flight as well. But sometimes it happens even if i'm travelling often. I start to feel vomit and then puke several times and get nausea and finally things are relived only after sleeping.
Please suggest a good medicine to take before and after motion sickness.
