Eat plenty of vegetables, sprouts and fruits in every meal. Drink enough water.,buttermilk. Avoid spicy oily masala foods, preserved foods, fastfoods, bakeryfoods. Almonds figs, walnuts, dry dates, raisins are healthy. Walk exercise, yoga everyday for an hour atleast. Sleep for six hrs at night atleast ,leisurely. If necessary taketriphala powder two tsf with warm water once a day Or Abhayarista three tsf with equal water once a day. Papaya banana, gauva are good WhileWheat, barley are also good for relieving constipation.
