Motion problem daily three or four times

Asked for Male, 53 Years

Motion issuse was facing from last few days and this was ambracing me and my gallbladder removed two years has been completed. This would happen after eating food only . It would not happen over a day .please help me with correct solution . Now we are using entergermina liquid but no response . I having hyper thyroid and diabetes . Multi vitamin tab nephro fe using currently . So please I need help on this and solution ASAP.
