Hello,My mother's RBC count and heamoglobin count was bit low and her esr is 80mm,can you please guide me what does that implies,how to diagnose that

It’s pretty high ESR, it can say a lot of things like infection or anaemia, it depends on the other symptoms she’s having and patients history is very important in this.
