Previously, i was diagnosed with a 5.5mm kidney stone which is now clear.

Hi
-Your nausea could be due to gastritis/ Acidity
-Keep a tract on your diet ( specially dinner timing of your meal and food ) what causes nausea next morning
Avoid sleeping after taking food directly ( atleast 3-4 hours gap should be there)
-Also keep a proper timing for meals , have atleast 3 liters of water ( do count it everday)
- Avoid spicy, oily , fried foods
- Switch to fruits , vegetables and high fibre diet
- Be physically active as much as possible
- Follow this and see wether it helps
Also avoid stress and have patience
Making chances to lifestyle is not easy it will take time
Healing will take time
And to see effects might take time
In the mean time u can take medicines as and when required ( eg Tab Pan D this will help with gastritis and nausea both)
Also take Tab Albendazole 400mg at night just once ( once in 6 months)
If nausea is due to worm problem it will take care of it
Take care
