Dear Practo User, These can be signs of Panic or Anxiety. Anxiety can present itself taking a physical form. Many a times patients keep on changing the doctor for Breathing difficulty, Chest pain and Palpitations. They undergo extensive medical examination and laboratory investigation. ECG to CT Scans are done. Still some patients don't get relief and nothing comes up on the investigations as well. Patients as well as Physicians are perplexed due to such cases. Keep in mind that all the symptoms can be symptoms of Anxiety Disorder or Panic Disorder. After careful ruling out of medical causes the Psychiatric causes should be evaluated by a Psychiatrist
