First and foremost do not jump into any conclusion without going through proper medical assessment or diagnose.  Consult a Psychologist and work closely, maybe doing a psychotherapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – a focus on changing negative thoughts and beliefs into positive ones; stress management techniques; identification of trigger points AND/OR Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) – teaches awareness, distress tolerance, and emotional regulation. If still symptoms persist then best to take advise and consult a Psychiatrist.
