Monocular diplopia
I have double vision in one eye and its monocular diplopia . I got many tests done reveling nothing . Oct , field of view etc were fine. I see fine while looking through a pinhole.
The double vision is most prominent when i see white letters on a black background . The second image is diagonally present on the upper side . The second image is like a ghost or shadow image .
Doctors that it's psychological and i am actually suffering from a lot of health anxiety..
Is it anxiety or something else

If all detailed tests conducted do not find anything, then we have to conclude that all is well , it could be psychological.
At the most, you can take a second opinion .
