Avoid using a moisturizer on a oily skin as it may worsen the acne. Moisturizer is predominantly meant for dry skin on when medications make ur skin dry. Pigmentation can be resolved with basic creams depending on the severity and scars need to to taken care of with lasers depending on the type of scars present. Consult ur Dermatologist for the same.
