I am preparing for a competitive exam, so I study at night. I sleep at 4 AM and wake up at 11 or 12 PM. However, for the past week, I have been feeling mild pain in the toe phalanges region at the base of toe and area below the toe and there is no swelling and redness. Initially, the pain was only in one foot, but now it is present in both feet. The pain is extremely mild and almost unnoticeable; it only occurs when I press the area or sometimes when I walk.
Apart from this, on some days (though not daily), I don’t feel like eating my meals and experience a feeling of heaviness. Additionally, I previously felt mild pain on one side of my toenail, and it still hurts a little when I press it. The same issue has now appeared on my left hand, specifically on the corner of my middle fingernail.
Why am I experiencing these mixed symptoms?
