Mix of ayurvedic asav-arishta
Can Kumariasav, Abhyarishta, kutjarishta be mixed with each other? I was not taking kutjarishta earlier but it has been added now. I have been given kutjarishta primarily because of intestinal uncomfortable feeling. and other syrups in small doses. Can there be side effects of taking them together? What dosage is good?

I won't suggest you to mix all three together, but yes one asav and one arishta you can mix but not more than that .
