  4. Missing period. Comfused please help me.

Missing period
May 10th i got period after that i did not get period in june then i have confirmed with pregnancy test and its positive and after one week i got period doctor said its late period but not pregnancy another doctor said its pregnamcy you have aborted. i have totally comfused please help me.
