Missing dinner

I don't feel very hungry at night. Is it an unhealthy practice to not eat dinner. I generally have late lunch and that does it for me. I do exercise in the evening but don't feel like eating after it. I can eat without feeling hungry but that seems unwise. Please advice.

hi. good morning. yes. it is an unhealthy practive. you should eat atleast veg soup or fruit smoothie in dinner so that your body will get some energy in night while you sleep.
