Now my son is 4.5yrs ,got vaccinations done as per schedule given in the hospital book.
Now after checking his book and talking to few neighbours I realized ipv was not mentioned in his book only opv was mentioned (what if we missed to get him ipv done ), also we had been traveling and no stable settlemnt since 4yrs never came across gov vaccines .

Hi Mam ...you can give IPV (injectable polio Vaccine) at a government hospital nearby ...now IPV is not available with private doctors and is only available at government hospitals...needs to be give before 5 years of age ...OPV is oral polio Vaccine and it is also good for protection against polio ..after 5 years of age the risk of polio is very less...
