A physical examination is required.  Details of your treatment for the Autoimmune disease are also required.

You have to be examined once… Treatment depends on the type of discharge and diagnosis depends on what the findings are

At 42, missing periods for three to four months can point to early perimenopause or be linked to your autoimmune condition. A medicine to simply restart flow isn't the right first step here.
Next Steps
Ask your gynaecologist for a hormone panel and a pelvic ultrasound. These will show what's actually causing the change and help explain the discharge too.
Health Tips
Please don't self-start any period-inducing medicine, especially with your current medications and autoimmune history.
