Without the last period date the only reliable next step is a pregnancy test, since dating cannot be worked out from memory. If you are sexually active that comes first, before considering any other cause. If the test is negative, an occasional missed or very delayed cycle happens to most women and is often driven by stress, illness, travel, weight change, disturbed sleep or a thyroid issue, and it usually settles by itself.
Next Steps
Take a urine pregnancy test with your first morning urine, and repeat it after a week if it is negative and your period still has not started. Note the first day of every period from now on, on paper or an app, so this is easier to answer next time.
Health Tips
If you have not bled for more than three months, or you have milk like nipple discharge, marked hair growth or sudden weight change, please see a gynaecologist for hormone testing rather than waiting.

You can try to think of an approximate date of your previous period. Take the pregnancy test if it has been more than 2 weeks since your last intercourse and if you still cannot remember and approx date of your last period l.
