Intercourse during the menstrual period is regarded as safe .i pill was not needed.so now the delay might be due to i pill and it’s effect.so don’t worry.if you don’t get your periods then check directly for beta HCG and then you can take a withdrawal medicine

Intercourse on 4th day of period doesn’t lead to pregnancy as ovulation doesn’t occur that early. Sometimes cycles can be erratic. As already you have got done urine pregnancy test and it’s negative you don’t have to worry. But if you want to rule out 100 %, you can get serum beta hcg test done.
Next Steps
Serum beta hcg test to to further rule out pregnancy If it’s negative and usually your cycle length is 28-30 days, get thyroid profile done and one pelvic ultrasound to see the endometrial thickness in the uterus You can consult with reports for further queries. Take care!
