Missed periods
I got my last period on 21st of Dec. Bt i haven't stil got my periods for Jan. There was slight brown discharge on 15th of Jan. I did my pregnancy test on 31st thats yesterday. It came negative. This happened to me few months back and sometimes i do miss periods. I want to know the cause and how to test and investigate the issue.

Take Serum T3T4TsH early morning fasting blood test Do ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness on day two of periods
