Missed periods by 3 days

Question

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Had unprotected intercourse however my partner did not ejaculate inside me. I immediately took an ipill within couple of hours. Took a pregnancy test on 25th day and it came negative. There was a white but clumpy discharge as expected on the first day of the period. But now missed periods by 3 days already What could be the reason??
