Missed period/negative test
I haven't had my period for over a month and I've taken 2 pregnancy tests which both turned out negative. I have some pregnancy symptoms, but I'm unsure of what could be happening if I'm not pregnant.

There may be other issues like PCOs or thyroid etc ,get an ultrasound done to see for these and get ur Thyroid checked as well, have u gained weight recently ,did you take any ipills ,based on these information we shall be able to advise you further on this.
