Missed period for 3 months, not preg
Hi, i was having regular menses since my school and college days. Now after marriage 3 years ago, i have started facing irregular periods. I got heavy flow lasting 15 days and more followed by no period for one month. I started hormonal pills and periods got regulated. For 2 months i got proper periods, after months leaving the oral contraceptive, novelon. But now for 3 months i have not got period. I dont have pcod and i am not pregnant as per reports. Pl guide! I dont want to take hormonal pills now. Also want regular and healthy periods back!

You can take the progesterone pills for withdrawal bleeding this cycle after same Is prescribe to you by a gynaecologist. Also focus on the dieting and exercise for the weight reduction which will ensure the hormone regulation so that your periods will be regular.

Get your thyroid profile & FSH done. Kidney function test & vitamin D3 & B12 should also be done.
You must have 9 time periods in a year even if it comes after hormone withdrawal
