Missing periods over 3 months
Hi, I am 30 years old female married for 3.5 years. I got troubled by irregular periods ( heavy flow lasting for more than 12 days and spotting and skipping period for one month)  last year and after consulatation with gynae took oral pills for 3 months (novelon). I got proper periods for 2 months after leaving the pill. And so started planning for a baby. But now i have missed periods for 3 months. I am not pregnant and i don't want to fall for hormonal pills. Also i did keto diet for 1 month and lost 5 kg in one month. What should i do get back my healthy and regular periods and be able to conceive? Pl guide. Don't want to take oral contraception now.
