No sex 3 months but missed period now
I haven't had sex in about 3 months. All my periods have been normal but not fully regular. This month though I keep feeling like my period is going to start but it never does. I have had stress lately with a friend passing away and relationship problems could that be why ?

Yes stress and anxiety can be the cause ,as it disturbs harmones.
