Missed abortion
How many days it will take to bleed after missed abortion. 6 week baby's heartbeat is detected.after two weeks scan heart beat  disappeared. So my doctor stop all madicine and injection so that the miscarriage will happen automatically. But today is six day after stop all medications. I don't have any symptoms like bleeding and pain. Should I wait for some more days or book an appointment with my doctor.
