Misoprostol
5 w 2 d g sac & i took one oral tablet day 1 and within 36 hrs vaginal Misoprost-200 mcg ! I had very light cramps and light bleeding! I repeated the Misoprost-200 mcg again at night after consultation with gync but still no cramps/ bleeding!! What could be the cause? What iam i now suppose to do? Why are such strong meds not causing me stomach cramps and bleeding?!

Amount of bleeding depends on gestation age. 5 wks gestation may not cause profuse bleeding. Repeat USG is to be done

You need to repeat an ultrasound on day ten to confirm if the process of abortion is complete or not
There are times the perception of bleeding is false
At 5 weeks pregnancy it's not mandatory to bleed profusely
