I had a miscarriage few weeks back . All the reports are good and found no heart beat.My husband smokes daily and drinks on weekends Will that be reason for the miscarriage. ?

Extremely sorry to hear about your loss. It is natural for us to think what could have been done to prevent it . I wpuld suggest talking to gynaecologist to discuss your queries and what could be done in future. It will be a good idea to encorage your husband to stop smoking for his well being too

Addiction is always bad no doubt But early miscarriage most common cause must be genetic abnormality or aneuploidy Many times reason is sporadic So most imp now is think ahead Precautions to be taken Progesterone support on right time Folic acid Antioxidants Do not hasten next pregnancy Wait for atleast two to three normal cycles For more detail consult online or nearby Take care and good luck
