Mirena IUD side effects
Hi, I had my first and only baby 4 years ago. Normal delivery. I have no allergies and have not undergone any medication till now. I have had a mirena IUD for almost 1 year and 8 months. Till now i get my period every month or sometime two months once. I got a lot of pimples on my face. It never goes away. None of the cream suggested by doctors worked. Please give me suggestions Also, Now for the past couple of months, i have  excessive white discharge. Still do. But i don't have any itchiness. But smells very bad. Any help or suggestions please. I am outside of the country.

Hi I can understand ur concerns. It’s looking more like PCOS changes. Discharge and acne with period irregularities might be due to PCOS. We need to rule out infection due to mirena also.
