Mirena is an intrauterine device which I wouldn't recommend for you as you are Virgin. Better you can apply lukewarm sesame oil on abdomen and take hot water bag thrice a day when you have pain. Consult ayurvedic gynecologist for dysmenorrhoea. Ayurvedic medicines and Panchakarma especially Basti treatment with modification in diet and lifestyle will help you to get rid of cramps.
